Came in for a pedicure as the price was $40 on their booking website, I'm a guy so I dont need anything fancy. I came in as a walk in and not sure if this reflected on the price. When I left it was $52.50 and she just put on a calculator. If you advertise one price stick to that price. She did a good job cleaning up my nails that cause issues.
My all time favorite place, the last 25 years, for an amazing pedicure. The staff are fantastic, prices are decent and they do a great job. I believe its one of the only places that have massage chairs and they recently upgraded to brand new ones.
I’ll never go there again. $150 for nails that weren’t even cat eye! I picked cat eye nails and they started, then all of a sudden it was not available for whatever reason and they end up putting this glittery powder on! No magnet to make them like how I wanted and they still charged me for cat eye. The guy claimed it still looks like the nail they had on display! I was so angry I did not want to cause a scene, I paid left no tip and I’ll never ever ever go back. They’ll scam you, use instagram to find your nail girl!
I got gel nails..Staff was all very friendly. However my both pointer nails began falling off. I got it done on day before Christmas eve, and the nail completely ripped off Jan 3. I also have another nail on its way. :(
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and unfortunately will not be returning. The pedicure took almost an hour and a half, with an excessive amount of time spent scraping my heels. I had a pedicure less than 2 months ago and maintain them at home, so I doubt this was necessary. It was also suggested that they use this dry foot/callus lotion and scraper on my heels, to which I agreed, but wasn’t told there would be an extra charge for it until it was time to pay. The polish on my toes was uneven—half of my pinky toenail isn’t even painted. I did not see the pedicure basin being cleaned properly between clients (only dried), and tools appeared to be shared between staff with no clear sterilization. For my manicure, the result looked nothing like the reference photo I provided (photos attached), despite staff assuring me they could do it. My thumb nails are different lengths, and the overall shaping was inconsistent. I paid extra for chrome ($15), but so little was used that my nails don’t look chrome at all. Within 3 days, two nails have already chipped and the shellac along my cuticles is lifting. At my regular salon, shellac easily lasts 4 weeks. The pricing also seems inconsistent—my total was $140 for a shellac manicure and pedicure (with chrome), compared to $90 at my usual salon for far better quality, done in half the time. Overall, poor quality, questionable sanitation practices, and unfair pricing.
